Terms of service
These terms cover the KnowBall pre-launch waitlist at knowball.us, operated by CXC Studio LLC ("KnowBall," "we," "us"). By joining the waitlist you agree to them. They'll be expanded with full game terms when KnowBall launches. If you don't agree, please don't sign up.
Who can join
You must be at least 13 years old to join the waitlist (16 in the EU and UK). By signing up you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide, including a working email address, is accurate.
The waitlist and invite codes
Submitting your email asks to be notified when KnowBall launches and enters you on the public waitlist leaderboard under the username you choose. Your invite code is meant for sharing; inviting real people who sign up moves you up the leaderboard. One waitlist spot per person.
Founder status and rewards
Founder status, leaderboard rank, early access, and the rewards described on the landing page are good-faith pre-launch commitments, not guarantees. We may change, delay, substitute, or discontinue any of them, or the waitlist or launch itself, if circumstances require. We'll email you if anything material changes. Rewards have no cash value and can't be transferred or sold.
Acceptable use
Keep it fair. Don't:
- create signups with fake, disposable, or other people's email addresses;
- register multiple or duplicate accounts to inflate referrals or rank;
- use bots, scripts, or scrapers against the site or leaderboard;
- attempt to break, probe, or interfere with the site or its security.
We may remove any signup we reasonably believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in breach of these terms, and may disqualify it from Founder rewards.
Intellectual property
The KnowBall name, logo, copy, design, and the contents of this site belong to CXC Studio LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may share our invite links and public pages, but you may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding or materials for your own purposes without permission.
No warranty
The site and waitlist are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability before or during launch, or that any specific feature, reward, or launch date will be delivered.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CXC Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site or waitlist. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product matures. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above; continuing to use the waitlist after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which CXC Studio LLC is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled by the courts located there.
